Primary Closure Course for Pharmacists + Allied Health
Online Modules 1–6 are prerequisites for Module 7: OSCE Workshop (face-to-face)
This course is designed to guide participants through the theory, practical skills, and patient communication strategies required to integrate wound closure of uncomplicated lacerations into advanced clinical practice.
A certificate will be issued upon completion of each module via The Wound Educator platform. Full certification is awarded only after successful completion of all Modules 1–7 Certification is valid for two (2) years from the date of completion.

This activity has been accredited for 5.5 hrs of Group 1 CPD (or 5.5 CPD credits) suitable for inclusion in an individual pharmacist’s CPD plan which can be converted to 5.5 hrs of Group 2 CPD (or 11.0 CPD credits) upon successful completion of relevant assessment activities.
Pharmacist Competencies: 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1, 3.2, 3.5
*Certificate of completion is awarded after completion of each individual module and on successful completion of Modules 1-7.
*Certificate is valid for 2 years.
